WHAT WE DO

Synergy provides complete end-to-end solutions for large scope mining and material handing operations.

Operating on a lump sum, fixed price design-supply basis, Synergy delivers solutions that include:

  • Drive control systems
  • Motors
  • E-houses
  • PLC programming
  • Digital communication equipment and software
  • HMI (Human Machine Interface)

The SRC Solution

Most often the optimum solution for the end-user customer is the drive known as the Secondary Resistive Controller.

Synergy has built its reputation and its track record of repeat business on the cost-effectiveness and reliability of its specially engineered SRC drive systems for Wound Rotor Induction Motors.

Synergy has been successful in attracting many repeat customers because we supply our clients with the best cost-performance design solutions, using the latest proven technology. Each drive starts with an engineering concept and includes detailed design and manufacture, testing, commissioning, and service.

Project Commissioning

Worldwide project activities are supported by our team of field service people assisting local contractors and industry staff during the critical start-up phase of the project. The commissioning duties vary dramatically from commissioning only to training support to hands-on assistance with the installation, depending on location.

Economic Development

It is Synergy's policy to contribute to the local economies when involved with either regional or international projects. Subject to competitive pricing, local distributors, contractors and manufacturers are preferred suppliers.

If local technology requires assistance in producing suitable product or supplying services, Synergy can assist with either the transfer of technology to encourage local development, or the technical support and training required.
